In 1997, we were the first law firm in British Columbia to bring a proposed class action to the British Columbia Court of Appeal. Since that time, we have acted many times on behalf of classes of plaintiffs who have suffered harm at the hands of large corporations and government.

We pursue class actions of all types but have particular experience with product liability, cybersecurity and privacy, pharmaceutical, and environmental class actions.
