Criminal Law

Rosenberg Law represents clients facing all types of criminal, quasi-criminal, and regulatory offences before all levels of court in British Columbia and elsewhere in Canada. We have acted in numerous precedent-setting criminal cases decided by the Supreme Court of Canada, including R. v. Kokesch, [1990] 3 S.C.R. 3, R. v. G(RM), [1996] 3 SCR 362 and R. v. Grant, [1993] 3 S.C.R. 223.

We are regularly appointed to handle criminal law appeals by the Legal Services Society of British Columbia. In addition, both of our principals, David Rosenberg Q.C. and Graham Kosakoski, have taught advanced criminal law to upper-year law students at the University of British Columbia’s Allard School of Law.

If you have been charged with a criminal or quasi-criminal offence, please contact us to discuss the protection of your rights.
